The case stems from a prophecy he made in 2025, in which he predicted that on December 25, 2025, there would be a catastrophic event that would lead to the end of the world. However, on the very day the prophecy was expected to occur, Ebo Noah was reportedly seen attending the Rapperholic concert at the Grand Arena in Accra, a development that sparked widespread public reaction.

The prophecy went viral both in Ghana and internationally, with many accusing him of causing fear and panic among the public. Following the public outcry, officers from the Elmina Police Station conducted an operation that led to his arrest on December 31, 2025, the last day of the year.

During today’s court proceedings, the court granted Ebo Noah bail with the condition that one of the sureties must provide landed property. According to his counsel, the judges also requested a psychiatric report, which has since been submitted to the court.

The case has been adjourned to March 18, 2026, for continuation.
