“Our Loyalty Is Unsoiled” — Minority Leader Reaffirms Support for DMB

Minority Leader in Parliament, Osaahene Hon. Alexander Kwabena Afenyo-Markins, has reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty to the party and its flagbearer, stating that his commitment remains “unsoiled.”

He made this remark during a visit by members of the Minority Caucus in Parliament to the residence of the newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia (DMB).

The visit, described as a show of unity and solidarity, captured a significant moment as Minority Members of Parliament gathered to engage with the party’s flagbearer. During the interaction, Dr. Bawumia called for unity, peace, and collective effort within the party as it prepares for future political contests.

Hon. Afenyo-Markins, speaking on behalf of the Minority Caucus, emphasized that the group is fully committed to rallying behind the flagbearer. He assured that all Minority Members of Parliament would work together to secure victory for the party in the 2028 general elections, scheduled to be held on December 7.

According to him, unity within the party remains critical to achieving success, and the Minority Caucus stands ready to play its part in delivering electoral victory.
