An alarming incident has been reported at the church auditorium of Pastor Elvis Agyemang after CCTV footage allegedly captured a middle-aged woman attempting to set the auditorium on fire.

According to the footage reviewed, the woman, who is said to have appeared at the church premises on previous occasions, was seen pouring a substance believed to be petrol and arranging chairs in a manner suggesting an attempt to ignite a fire.
The incident reportedly occurred yesterday evening, and the church’s CCTV system recorded the entire act.
Following the development, the Head of Alpharians addressed members earlier this morning, announcing that all prayer activities at the church auditorium have been suspended until further notice.
This decision, he explained, is due to the current security concerns arising from the incident.
In his address, Pastor Elvis Agyemang confirmed that the matter has been handed over to the police, assuring the public that law enforcement authorities will thoroughly investigate the case and take the necessary action in accordance with the law.
He further condemned the act, describing it as one rooted in hatred and malice, and expressed confidence that the truth behind the incident would be uncovered through the proper security channels.
Members of the church and the general public have been urged to remain calm, vigilant, and cooperative as investigations continue.
