There is renewed hope for a more than 70-year-old disabled woman, popularly known as Mammlɛ, following the intervention of online journalist and philanthropist, Kobby Kyei, CEO of KobbyKyeiNews.com

Mammlɛ has been battling extreme hardship for years. Due to her disability, she is unable to walk and relies on crawling from her home to the streets to beg for alms in order to survive.

She reportedly has no support system, with no husband, children, grandchildren, or known relatives to assist her with her daily needs.

For days, many followers of humanitarian stories have expressed trust that Kobby Kyei well known for using his platform to solicit support for the vulnerable would step in.

True to expectation, Kobby Kyei has now personally visited Mammlɛ, signaling the beginning of efforts to improve her living conditions.

Kobby Kyei’s intervention adds to his growing record of impactful humanitarian work. In collaboration with Nsɛmsisi TV, he is currently spearheading a project to construct self-contained apartments for Auntie Agyeiwaa and her son, Angel, whose story earlier went viral.

Angel and his mother had been facing similar challenges, with reports indicating that Angel sometimes had to engage in risky activities just to raise a small amount of money to feed his mother.

Through Kobby Kyei’s intervention, their situation is now undergoing a positive transformation.
