Students of Kwanyako Senior High Technical School (KWASTECH) have emerged victorious in the just-ended Central Region Zone 2 Inter-Schools Competition held at Swedru School of Business in the Agona Swedru Township.

The two-day competition, which began on February 19 and concluded on February 20, brought together several senior high and technical schools from across constituencies in Ghana’s Central Region. The annual event, hosted on the campus of Swedru School of Business, showcased outstanding talent, discipline, and competitive spirit among participating schools.
Demonstrating excellence, perseverance, and determination,values the school proudly upholds KWASTECH delivered an electrifying performance throughout the competition. Their consistency and dominance across various events earned them an impressive 339 points, securing the overall championship title.
The host school, Swedru School of Business (SWESBU), finished in second place with 242 points, followed by Swedru Secondary School (SWESCO) and Nyakrom Senior High Technical School (NYANSTECH), who secured 92 and 89 points respectively.
The victory sparked scenes of jubilation as students, staff, and supporters of KWASTECH celebrated their remarkable achievement. Upon their return from Agona Swedru to the Kwanyako campus on Friday, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, pride, and enthusiastic cheers as the champions were warmly welcomed home.
This achievement not only highlights KWASTECH’s competitive strength but also reinforces its reputation as a center of truth, perseverance, and excellence within the Central Region.
