In a vibrant ceremony, Hon. Queenstar Pokuah Sawyerr, MP for Agona East, led the charge to cut sods for new education projects in the constituency. With Hon. Oscar Mensah and Agona East District Assembly officials by her side, the NDC team kicked off the day at the Agona East Education Directorate Office.

Their first project was a dormitory at Nsaba Presbyterian SHS, where Rev. Amankwa praised the NDC government and Hon. Sawyerr for keeping their promises. The MP’s triumphant entry, accompanied by Army Cadet Escorts and Royal Dance Crew, set the tone for a day of celebration.
The team fulfilled a promise to the community by initiating the construction of a primary school at Agona Akuoku, where Madam Ama Kakraba’s children were present. Other projects include Agona Akwaaba AEDA, Ankamu AEDA, Mansofo AEAA, and two dormitories at Agona Namawora SHS.
