Speaking during court proceedings today, the lawyer representing Nana Agradaa described reports suggesting that such an amount would be paid as inaccurate, stressing that no payment of ¢100,000 has been agreed to or ordered.

Reports had earlier circulated on January 20, 2026, alleging that the court directed the former fetish priest, now evangelist Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, to pay the said amount to Empress Gifty as compensation for alleged character damage.

However, during today’s hearing, Nana Agradaa’s legal counsel clarified that no amount of money would be paid to Empress Gifty, dismissing the earlier reports and setting the record straight.

The case remains under legal consideration as proceedings continue.
